Cider Syrup 1/2c. sugar 1T cornstarch 1/4t pumpkin pie spice 1c cider or apple juice 1T lemon juice 2T butter or margerine In med. pan combine sugar, cornstarch and pie seasoning. Stir in apple juice and lemon juice. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter. 1 1/2 cups Orange Syrup 1/2c sugar 1/4 c frozen concentrated orange juice thawed 1/4 c water Combine all in small pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. 3/4 cups
