Paula, I have one of the older and smaller models. But make 2-3 loaves of this white bread recipe each week. 2 c. flour 2 T. dry milk granules 1/2 t. salt 1 T. sugar 1 pat of butter One 5# bag ofd flour makes 7 zip loc bags to store in the refrig. I either bring a bag to room temperature and add 3/4 c. water and 1 t. yeast, OR put the water in first, the bag of flour mixture and add the yeast on top and use the timer feature. It's so nice to have these made up ahead of time! Enjoy! |
