2 1/4 tsp yeast
2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp lukewarm water
1 cup lukewarm milk
2 tsp salt
3 1/4 cups flour (This is a King Arthur Flour recipe and I use that)
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Put in your machine as directed, use Basic White Bread, Light crust (at least with my machine) and START. My particular machine doesn't let it rise as much as I like so I shut the machine off until the bread is where I want it, then I program it to bake. My friends love this! Marilyn
