Hi, This frosting is really good...And you dont't feel guilty about eating it or serving it to your children or family members.... 2 cups ricotta cheese 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 cup or more sifted powdered sugar With an electric mixer,or in a blender or a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. For a sweeter frosting, add more sugar. Enough for a 8 or 9 inch layer cake, or one 9x13-inch cake 48 grams protein ENJOY as we have!!
