Smoothie with Fiber Mix
In a blender put
3/4 c. juice 3/4 c. soynice (sounds like soy milk, could be any milk) 1/4 c. yogurt 1 banana dried fruits to about 1 cup (I'd use this or banana frozen cuz I like shakes) 1 squirt vanilla pinch cinnamon *1/4 c. fiber mix
Blend until smooth -- serves 3 or 4.
*The fiber mix is made with:
1/2 c. ground flax seed/rice bran 1 c. psyllium 2 c. oat bran
Mix together well and keep in airtight container. Add to cereals, breads, soups, stews, smoothies and shakes for added fiber.
