Broccoli Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 head broccoli flowerets
6 slices bacon
1 large onion
1 cup raisins
1/2 c peanuts
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 cup Helman's Mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar

Cook bacon until crisp, drain well and crumble. Combine bacon, broccoli, onion, raisins, peanuts and cheese. Combine mayonaise, sugar and vinegar. Mix thoroughly pour over salad. Refrigerate, allow to marinate.
