I roast quite a bit of corn every summer on our gas grill - it's GREAT and EASY.
I prefer leaving the silk on the corn until after its cooked it comes off
easily. Soak the corn as long as possible (a couple of hours is best) and turn
occassionally. Cook for about 20 minutes. My husband who loves lots of butter
with his corn would almost eat roasted corn plain it is good stuff!
