I am looking for a recipe for a brownie cookie. Recently my wife was
in the hospital and the cafeteria had them occasionally. There was a
small stand, sort of an ice cream and coffee bar that had them every
day. I did ask for the recipe but was told that they di not give out
recipes. The cookies are 4 to five inches in diameter and fairly soft
they are not crunchy at all but hold together well. I have tried
several different recipes but none of them are right and a few have
been downright horrible.
