My grandmother's recipe from 19??

PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD

1 lb. cheese (my MOTHER used Velveeta - I don't know what Grammy used)
4 boiled eggs
1 can pimentos
small amount of mayonnaise (my mom used Miracle Whip)

Run through food chopper (Mom used meat grinder).

I remember this as being very good, but I don't know how it compares to the "store-bought" kind.
