Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and raisins, pour melted butter over all. Cover with a clean, damp cloth.(Leave out at room temperature) turn out the lights and sy Good Night. * Exported from MasterCook * Mary's Monkey Bread Recipe By : Mary Evans Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Sweet Rolls & Sticky Buns Cinnamon Rolls Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tubes Pillsbury french bread refrigerated dough 1 stick butter 1 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans -- chopped 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 small pkg vanilla pudding mix (not instant) Prehead oven to 350F. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the rest of ingredients and cool down. Cut the dough with a scissors (a clean one, of course) into golf ball-sized pieces. Toss the dough balls in the gooey stuff and turn the whole mess into a bundt pan. (Don't need to grease the pan). Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
