SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS

1 pound Italian sausage with skins off
2 cups Bisquick
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup water

Combine all and form into balls about 1". Put on cookie sheet and bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes.

CRABBIES

1 package English muffins
1 stick butter, softened
1 jar Kraft Old English Cheese Spread
1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
7 oz. can crabmeat

Mix cheese, mayo, garlic salt, and seasoned salt together. Add to softened butter. Add crabmeat. Spread on English muffins, cut each half in quarters. Place on cookie sheet. Put under broiler until bubbly. Can be made ahead and frozen - uncooked.

MEXICAN DIP

Layer following in glass pie plate:
8 oz. cream cheese
medium jar of Pace Extra Chunky Salsa
8 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Can put under broiler for minute to brown cheese. serve with tortilla chips.
