Ooey Gooey Butter Cake

Mix together the following and spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Batter will be thick.
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick margarine, softened

Mix the following and spread on top of cake batter mixture.
1 8oz package soft cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutesThree Day Coconut Cake

1 box yellow cake mix, butter kind

Mix according to directions and bake in either 2 or 3 layers.

Icing:
2 cups sugar
1 12oz package frozen coconut
1 16oz carton sour cream
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip

Mix Sugar, sour cream and coconut. Let set 30 minutes or more. Stir to
disolve sugar. Split cake layers in half if cake was baked in 2 layers using
thick thread or dental floss (unflavored). Spread layers with icing mixture
saving 1 cup of icing.

Mix together 1 cup icing and Cool Whip. Frost Cake with this mixture. Cover
with airtight cake holder and refridgerate for at least 2 days; preferably 3 days. No one will ever know this is a cake mix!!!
