Onion Cheese Ball
8 oz. fat free cream cheese, softened 6 to 8 oz. fat free sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 small onion, minced 1 T. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder dash hot pepper sauce 1/2 c. minced fully-cooked low fat ham Fresh vegetables or reduced fat crackers
In a mixing bowl, beat the cheeses. Add all remaining ingredients, except for ham. Shape into a ball and roll in ham. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
One 2 T. serving equals 24 calories, 198 mg sodium, 2 mg cholesterol, 2 g carbohydrates, 4 g protein, trace fat. Diabetic exchange 1/2 lean meat.
