Banana Bread

1 yellow cake mix
1/8 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. mashed bananas
chopped nuts, if desired

Add baking soda to dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed. Bace in loaf pans. Do not fill more than half full. Bake at 350 until tests done in center (around 45 minutes, depends on pan size.)
