AMOUNT MEASUREINGREDIENT -- PREPARTION

8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
8 ounces sour cream
2 packages Italian Dressing mix
2 cans tiny or broken shrimp, chicken, or fishy -- drained
2 teaspoonslemon juice

-- fresh
1 medium green pepper finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Add
all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until serving time. This
tastes best when made a day ahead and flavors are allowed to mix. Serve
with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
