This recipe isn't exactly cinnamon rolls, but it IS easy and it IS really, really good. I like it because you make it up the night before and just throw it in the oven in the morning. Hope you like it.

CINNAMON PECAN ROLLS

1 pkg. frozen yeast roll dough balls (like Rich's or Bridgford)
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp. cinnamon

Place frozen dough balls in a greased bundt pan. Pour melted butter over dough. Mix dry pudding, sugar, pecans and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over dough. cover with a cloth and let rise overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Turn out onto plate while rolls are hot.
