I do the same as Janie. I somtimes peel them and bag them. They do turn ucky looking but flavor in bread is just fine. I've been know to just put the unpeeled bannana in frezzer, no bag! i use those before they pick up odes. I pull them out and pop in in my bowl before I start with other ingre. and by the time I mix they are thawed fine, i'm slow!
