I used this idea to take to a breakfast at my office. It worked out great! Let me know if you try it.
Easy Cinnamon Pull-Apart Rolls
1 1 lb. package of frozen parkerhouse rolls
1 stick butter, melted
Cinnamon sugar (you can mix your own or buy it already mixed.
Confectioner's sugar and water mixed to a glaze consistency
Thaw the rolls until soft but not yet beginning to rise (they can still be cold). Dip each in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Layer in a tube or bundt pan, which has been sprayed with no-stick spray then sprinkled with some of the cinnamon sugar mixture. After each layer, sprinkle additional cinnamon sugar over top of layer. Continue until all rolls are used. Let rise until double in size, bake at 350 until browned (about 30-40 minutes. If they start to brown too much on top and are not yet done inside, turn them out onto a cookie sheet covered with foil to finish.
Drizzle glaze over when cooled.
