My mother says she uses the Toll House cookie recipe and adds 3 cups of
flour where it calls for 2 1/4. Since you're not at high altitude, I don't
know if you'd want to add quite that much. It's funny, my father always
begs mom to make her cookies flatter, like the ones you describe.
