Hi Maryan: I think what you are referring to is also known as: Spring or Egg Roll Wrappers or in a pinch you can use Filo - Phillo - Phyllo - (etc-etc) Dough, they can be purchased in many stores or go to the Chinese, Greek, Italian or Speciality Stores in your area, if you don't see them -- ask. All they are is a very, very thin dough, rolled out and cut in 7 or 8 inch squares. (either fresh or frozen) jimS So Calif.
