CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE Rose Anna Eyres (California)

2 packages of frozen broccoli spears (10 oz.)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 Tbsp. butter melted
2 cups sliced cooked chicken
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Grease a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cook broccoli according to directions on the package, until almost tender. Drain. Blend
mayonnaise and lemon juice with soup. Arrange cooked broccoli in baking dish. Top with chicken slices and pour sauce evenly
over all. Sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs and butter. Top with grated cheese.Chicken Divan

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 5 ounces each)
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, defrosted and drained
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
4 tablespoons melted butter

1.Arrange sliced chicken on broccoli in a shallow baking pan.
2.Mix: chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder;, and lemon juice.
3.Pour evenly over top of chicken and broccoli.
4.Mix bread crumbs and butter: and sprinkle over top of all.
5.Bake 350 F for 25 minutes.

------"Chicken Divan" .

4 chicken breasts - boneless, skinless

1 can cream of broccoli soup

1 bunch of broccoli (chop off florets in to bite sized pieces)

1/2 cup light (or reg) mayo

1 cup shredded cheddar or 4 slices of American Cheese

1 pkg egg noodles

Brown the chicken breasts in a frying pan, sprinkle with seasoned salt preheat oven to 325.

Combine soup, mayo and florets in a 9 x 12 baking dish. put browned chicken in baking dish, cover with
broccoli/soup mixture, top with cheese.

Put pan in oven, cook for 35 minutes.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, cook egg noodles until tender.

Serve chicken over noodles, Enjoy!

(You can use rice instead of noodles)
