Harissa, Indian condiment Hi D, 2 0zs dried red chilies 2 garlic cloves, chopped 2 t. caraway seeds 2 t. coriander seeds 2 t. cumin seeds salt olive oil Soak chilies in hot water 1 hour. Drain well and pat dry. Grind to a smooth paste,with garlic, spices and salt. Add enough olive oil to cover surface.Cover and store up to 2 months.
