Allow me to give you a bit of background on this recipe. My sisters husband is from Glennville, Georgia USA. About 30 years ago there was a "hole in the wall beer joint" located on the outskirts of Blackshear, Georgia. It was on the road between Blackshear and Baxley. The place also had a small restaraunt. The restaraunt sold barbecue sandwiches with a mayo based sauce that was fantastic. It was not hot but sort of sweet. Any sauce of this type will be appreciated.
