I make these using about 12 big cookie sized drops of chocolate chip dough. Grease a 9" springform pan and line the greased bottom with a sheet of waxed paper and grease the paper; this assures a good release of the cookie from the pan. Put the drops evenly into a 9" greased springform pan, leaving space around the edges so the dough does not touch the sides of the pan. Gently press the dough so that almost all the spaces between the drops are closed up. Bake for about the same time a batch of brownies would, 20 to 30 minutes. This will take about 1/4 (at least) of a usualy batch of cookie dough.
