Amy, I make them a lot! I usually cheat and use refrigerated choc. chip or sugar cookie dough. I have a 15" round baking stone that i use, but a greased pizza pan will work, too. I top the sugar cookie with a cream cheese and sugar icing then top with fresh fruit. The choc. chip cookie is fun to decorate and wtite on. A small brownie mix makes a good base, too. Top that with a cream cheese, peanut butter and brown sugar icing, top with bananas and reeses cups chopped up. Need any more ideas? E-mail me!
