Has anybody seen a recipe for this? I was reading a food column which talked about rye bread with cheese and onion marmalade (but they didn't leave a recipe for it). It sounds interesting and I'd really like to try it.
(Do you think I could substitute the orange or grapefruit in a standard marmalade recipe with the same amount of onion?)
Any ideas will be much appreciated.
