Hi, Guys (and Ladies) Well, tried Jim S's beef jerky recipe (with some minor changes, of course) and it turned out fantastic!!!!! Jim, I tripled the chili powder and added about 3 tbl. of hot sauce. It really isn't that spicy or hot (for me), but several people who were willing to try it said it was GREAT and would I share the recipe? Unfortunately when they found out "how to do it", they decided to sponge off of my supply - don't mind. Finger still messed up and typing with 9 fingers - foot ok, but have at least three more weeks before I can walk on the treadmill. Thanks for everyone's imput - Jim S - South Jersey
