I don't know if this is close to what you are looking for but I
thought it was worth a try. My family enjoys this very much.

FANDANGO - (From the St. Louis Post Dispatch)

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz) can mushrooms, drained

1 teaspoon ground oregano
salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 (10 oz) packages frozen spinach, cooked, drained

1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8oz) container dairy sour cream
3 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
6 or 7 slices mozzarella cheese, devided

Brown beef in large skillet. Stir in onion, garlic, mushrooms, oregano,
salt and pepper. Drain fat from meat. add spinach and soup to meat
mixture. Stir in sour cream. Cook until mixture is heated through.

Spoon half the meat mixture into a 9X13 inch baking dish. top with
lasagna noodles and 3 slices cheese. Spoon remaining meat mixture
over cheese; top with remaining cheese.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 30 minutes. - 6 servings
