Hi there Betsy! I'm still alive an kicking down here. Was actually in Rochester last weekend, visting my parents. Am very happy because I got some Cortland apples - a varitey hard to find outside NY! On to my request. . . In my infinite wisdom, I invited my in-laws over for dinner for Rosh Hashana. I was not raised jewish, so now I am frantically looking for main course recipies that I can use that are "traditional". They do not need to be kosher, but I would prefer to have fish of some sort, because my father-in-law is recovering from quad-bypass surgery. Any recommendations would be helpful!
