Hi Anne I always make these if I'm catering for a group of people. They're really quick and easy and always get lots of good remarks. You can alter the amounts easily without having to worry about being exact.
Tasty Chicken Wings
2 pounds chicken wings 6 Tablespoons soy sauce 3 Tablespoons sesame oil 1 Tablespoon chilli oil 4 cloves garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Trim off and discard chicken wing tips, remove excess fat. Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerater overnight or for a few hours. Arrange chicken in single layer in a suitable roasting dish and cook for 40 to 45 minutes, basting occasionally. |
