Anne, here is a favorite pot-luck recipe of mine and I've had people tell me they're the best meatballs they've ever eaten. Just take 1 bag frozen Italian-style meatballs and thaw. Mix together in a bowl one 12-oz jar Heinz chili sauce and 1 12-oz jar grape jelly (or equal amounts of each, depending on how much you need). They mix together better if you microwave them a little. Let the meatballs marinate in the mixture and then either heat them in a saucepan or in a crockpot till hot. The crockpot's good to serve them in also so they stay hot, just heat them first then plug on low to keep warm all night. |
