Velma I hope this will help you out. I have fix marinated carrots for many years. They are always very colorful on a buttet table.
Peal and slice carrots steam until tender.
While still hot pour olive oil and vinegar over them Salt and pepper to taste. sprinkle with dill weed. refrig until ready to serve.
