Brisket (crock pot)

I take a beef brisket and place in either a slow cooker or a crock pot. Add 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke and pepper. cook all day til done. You can either have potatoes with this treating it like a roast, or shred and add BBQ sauce to it for BBQ Beef Sandwiches. We also like it shredded and in a flour tortilla with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes rolled up. You can do so much with it!!!!!
