POTATO LASAGNA 3 to 4 potatoes, sliced 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. onion 1/2 c. celery, diced 8 oz. can tomato sauce salt and pepper 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 clove garlic 1 to 2 cans mushrooms 1 Tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped olives 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Line bottom and sides of casserole with potatoes. Saute in butter, onion, celery, garlic and mushrooms. Add beef and brown well. Add the rest of ingredients. Pour in casserole. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
