I like kielbasa that's browned on a BBQ grill best of all. With mashed potatoes on the side and a vegetable or cole slaw.
IF there are any leftovers, my husband likes when I slice it and toss it in a pot of home-cooked beans or in a soup. (There's a Polish recipe for "Hunter's Stew:, which contains kielbasa, ham, beef, pork (any or all) and a variety of vegetables. Sounds like what I make when I clean out my fridge.
