Clam Dip 1 C EACH Nonfat Yogurt Cheese and Mock Sour Cream 1 (7 to 8 oz) can minced clams, well drained 1 t EACH Worcestershire sauce and creole mustard 2 t chopped green onion 2-3 dashes hot pepper sauce
Mix all ingredients together and chill
