VEGETABLE/CHEESE SAUCE CASSEROLE

Take a package of frozen vegetables, i.e. frozen mixed cauliflower, broccoli, and mushrooms. Add a jar of Cheeze Whiz or any other cheese sauce of your choice and mix well. Generously spray baking pan or glass baking dish with 'Pam'. Preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake for about 30-45 minutes, uncovered, until a little bubbly and JUST beginning to brown and the cheese flavor is cooked through the vegetables.

DO NOT NEED TO THAW VEGETABLES FIRST. Use any size package vegetables according to your needs and add cheese sauce according to amount of vegetables. Don't be too sparingly with the sauce. Don't just coat them or they will bake dry. You will want extra sauce to make it taste goooooood! Use any kind of vegetables that are good with cheese sauce. I like the ones I mentioned the best. If you thaw the vegetables first, it would probably only take about 30 minutes to bake through. If you use a small jar of Cheeze Whiz, I would use an extra jar. If you use a large jar, I would use at least another half of a large jar. If you use carrots, stick them and make sure they are done.

Everyone seems to like this and there usually isn't any left.
Have fun !!
Linda
