Hi Pepper:
You will need a smoker oven. Go to WalMart, or similar place, in the camping section and look for a Lil Chef, Lurhr Jensen makes one I think. It's about 3 feet tall, runs on electricity, and you add wood chips to the pan for smoking. I've had one for about 15 years or more. Works great. Recipes come with it.
