Smoked Salmon
1 large can pineapple juice 1 cup teriyaki sauce 1/4 cup grated ginger 1 tbsp crushed garlic 1/2 cup salt 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
Let salmon soak in mixture overnight. Pat dry. Allow to set for 15-20 minutes Place in smoker. Use alder chips (which have soaked in pineapple juice overnight). Smoke to desired texture.
