Sugared bacon posted on the party board some time back, Recipe folder not handy so can not give you person to credit for it but it sure was EASY and YUMMY!! a must try for party or family... take bacon (I used thick, any would do)and tie a loose knot in it, press into a paper plate with brown sugar on it, we did both sides, then place in broiler pan and broil till cooked, timing will vary, and it cooks fast with the sugar on it, also I put it too close to broiler flame at first so maybe down a notch. Serves well at a brunch buffet because it is good even when not piping hot! page< |
