CHRIS' CLAM DIP
2 or 3 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese 3 or 4 cans of diced clams 1 bunch of green onions sliced into thin little rings 3-4 large stalks of celery, diced bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled, if desired 1 regular onion, diced dried tomatoes, diced Worchestershire sauce to taste Tabasco sauce, to taste Diced garlic in olive oil (about 4-5 T)
Whip softened cream cheese with mixer. Add other ingredients. Best if made a day ahead of time. Serve with Tostados corn chips or on crackers.
The thing about this recipe is that all of the quantities are to YOUR taste, start with less and add more. It is a little expensive if you don't have all the ingredients on hand but it makes alot and is well worth it!!! I've been getting raves on it for years and years now.
