Hi this may not be the most sophisticated recipe but i can say that from experience it is EASY and GOOD!

Olive Garden Alfredo sauce:
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup fresh grated Parmeasan cheese (can be blended with Romano)
1/2 cup butter (can be blended with margerine)
1/2 cup milk (can be blended with 1/2 & 1/2)
bit of garlic powder

In large sauce pan combine all and heat though metling the cheeses into a nice sauce, DO NOT let it BOIL. Toss with fettucine or other pasta

Now I have things in () becuse I have done this and it is fine to do, in case the thought crosses you mind :)

I also like to add things that i have sautee'd to the sauce. Someone recomended adding blue cheese and that was GREAT!]

Some of my cmbinations have been adding freshly sautee'd:
bay scolops, frozen salad shrimp, button mushrooms
juilliane's luncheon ham (like DAK), Zuccini Chunks, muschrooms
Pounded chicken breats, mushrooms and snow peas
I think a combination of chunky veges would be pleasing or salmon & peppers (red yellow and green) would be nice as well.

As you see the recipe is quick and easy, the hardest part is doing the pasta "al Dente"
Hope this helps ...
