Alfredo Sauce Serves one, for six just mulitply it
2 tablespoons of butter 1/4 cup cream 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese white or black pepper, to taste
In a hot pan melt the butter, add the cheese and the cream, mix well. Add cooked pasta or ravioli; mix well to coat. Serve.
