Hi I think that applesauce sounds GREAT but in case you want a little somthing else to choose from ... Velvet corn always recives rave reviews. I has been posted here in the past a simple search would turn it up.

It was called creamed corn but the mane does it no justice it has cream cheese, butter and corn ohhh it's good.
