Hi, I forgot to tell you that the pork chopes are stuffed with a cooked combination of apples, gorgonzola cheese and other things. they are grilled or broiled and you make a sauce that is poured over which contains gorgonzola cheese, chicken stock, couple tsp cream etc. so it does have apples and cheese any other ideas to serve with the chops?
