FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 2 cups finely crushed oreos, about 20 cookies 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted 1- 6 oz. pkg. semi- sweet chocolate chips , melted 1 can eagle brand milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup whipping cream, stiffly whipped Combine crumbs and margarine; press on bottom and up side to rim of lightly buttered 9" pie plate. Chill. In large mixer bowl, beat melted chocolate with milk and vanilla until well blended. Chill 10-15 mins. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers. BANANA CREAM CHEESE PIE 1- 9" graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell 1- 8oz. cream cheese, softened 1 can eagle brand milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 3-4 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice and drained In mixer bowl beat cheese till fluffy, gradually beat in milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Line crust with two bananas. Pour filling over bananas and cover; Chill 3 hours or until set. Just before serving, arrange remaining banana slices on top of pie, Refrigerate leftovers.
