Sherill,this is a sauce recipe that I use regularly. It's very simple,and tastes great with just about anything you stir-fry. It also doubles well.( I've also done this for 75 people)
1/3 cup water 2 tsp. cornstarch 2 TBSP. soy sauce 1 TBSP. dry sherry
Mix all ingredients well. Stir-fry your vegetables and meat ( if using). Put all back into wok or pan and stir sauce and add to pan. Cook, stirring often until sauce thickens. Tastes Great!!!!
