Just read your request, and just saturday, I responded on the baker's board, along with others to a request by Lisa/UK for gluten-free recipes...I posted a bar cookie made with only two ingredients...an angel food cake mix that you prepare and add a can of Lemon pie filling to...check it out...Date of post, Sat.
