Curried Chicken Thighs
6 chicken thighs. 1 glass of white wine. 1 teaspoon medium curry powder. 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt vegatable oil Louisana hot sauce to taste. 1 10oz can of mushrooms (whole)
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix everything but mushrooms in a bowl. Grease a cooking pan with oil (Not really required, but makes cleanup easier later). Drain mushrooms. Place thighs in pan, skin down. and cover with sauce. Cook for 45 minutes, flip thighs, and add mushrooms to pan. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serve. |
