This calls for a whole chicken breast, but I always use whatever parts I have! It is simple to make.

1 whole chicken breast, split
melted butter or margarine
1/2 c uncooked regular rice
1 10 1/2 oz can condensed chicken broth
1/8 tsp celery seeds
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp greeen pepper flakes
1 6 oz can water chestnuts, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

brush chicken with butter. place in shallow casserole and bake at 350 for 30 min. add remaining ingredients. cover and bake 350 for 30 min or until chicken is tender and rice is done. 2 servings

I have usually had to bake it more than the second 30 min for the rice to get done. I always double or triple the rice and ingredients portion and use as much chicken as we will eat.
